Job Vacancy

Own delivery for a portfolio of client engagements end to end, from discovery through go-live and into managed support, coordinating engineering, design, and the client relationship at every phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Run project discovery, scoping, and delivery planning for new client engagements
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams (engineering, cloud, data, design) against agreed timelines
• Own client communication throughout delivery, including status reporting and change management
• Identify and manage delivery risk before it becomes a client-facing issue
• Hand off completed engagements cleanly into managed support

Requirements

• 3+ years managing technology delivery projects, ideally in a consulting or agency environment
• Comfortable reading technical scope well enough to sequence and de-risk delivery
• Strong stakeholder management, since you'll be the client's primary point of contact during delivery
• Experience with project/PM tooling and structured delivery methodologies
• Malaysian market experience preferred
